With the arrival of spring, the guardian of the forest emerged from his long hibernation. However, the black bear was greeted with a devastating sight. During his slumber, much of the forest had been destroyed by a lumberjack who had cut down many trees and scarred the land with no regard for the creatures that called the place their home.
